Hezekiah’s Wall

Hey folks!

I recently contributed another article to Seedbed, my school’s resource website.   Last summer I saw the ruins of Hezekiah’s wall in Jerusalem.  These ruins were one of the most solid pieces of historical Biblical evidence that I got to see, and I have been fascinated by them ever since.  The walls tie directly into my favorite story about my favorite guy in the old testament, Hezekiah himself.  I’ve had a lot of fun learning about them.  Check it out here:


Also, here is a picture I took of the ruins.  You can see a white and blue marker on the building behind the foundations.  This shows how tall the archaeologists think the wall would have stood when Hezekiah completed it.  As you can see, it was HUGE!
